Clean the burners, pilot assembly, thermopile, sides, back and base and touch up interior pant when necessary. We also clean the fireplace logs and glass. We also add fireplace embers whenever possible to give you a more realistic fireplace effect. We check for proper operation and for carbon monoxide for your added safety.
The most common problem I get called on with the fireplace is the pilot stays on but the fireplace won’t light with the wall switch or thermostat is turned on. In most cases this repair is easy to fix without much cost.
