5 out of 5 Stars We called Faithful Plumbing to diagnose and repair our electric furnace. We live in Tofino which is a three hour round trip from Port Alberni for the service man. Wendell was prompt on both occasions. First to check out the unit and then a week later returned with the parts and installed them. The furnace is working as it should again and we must say the bill was a whole lot less than what we expected. A great experience and we would recommend Faithful Plumbing to anyone. (owner)

Strongly recommend this company! Our furnace died so we had a different company come look at it. THAT guy said the motherboard was shot and we could buy a new one for $400-500. But he strongly recommended buying an entirely new furnace at $4000-5000. THEN we got Wendall in for a second opinion. He said that the motherboard is shot but the rest of the furnace looks fine. He had a gently used motherboard at home and is installing it now for labour only! No charge for the motherboard! Total bill $84
