We service and install all types of Hot water Tanks from gas to electric. Gas hot water tanks need to be cleaned on a regular basis. Gas hot water tanks from 2005 up have a closed combustion system bringing the combustion air in through grates either through the bottom or the sides. These grates get plugged up with dust and pet hair and cause the pilot to cut out and having you to pay for an extra service call. On demand hot water heaters need to be flushed every couple of years to remove minerals that build up in the heat exchanger. Also internal air vents and sediment screens and filters need to be cleaned.
